Terms of Service

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Spalce Technologies Ltd. ("we," "us" or "our"), operating as SaleSprint, concerning your access to and use of the SaleSprint Business OS platform, the salesprint.org website, as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

You agree that by accessing the Platform, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and Services and you must discontinue use immediately.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. SaleSprint is a product and trademark of Spalce Technologies Ltd.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• You will not access the Platform through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script or otherwise.
• You will not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

We accept payment by card and by mobile money, through the payment providers shown at checkout. Those details are entered on the provider's own page and never pass through SaleSprint. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Platform. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Prices are shown, and payments are taken, in the currency displayed at checkout — Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless we state otherwise. Any tax we are required to charge is added to the price of purchases. We may change prices at any time, but a change never applies to a term you have already paid for.

Our Guarantee

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied. If you subscribe to any of our paid plans, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. No questions asked.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us using the contact information provided below. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
• Pro-Rata Refunds: After the initial 14-day window, we generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. However, exceptions may be made in cases of prolonged service downtime or other extenuating circumstances at our sole discretion.

You may not access or use the Platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the Platform available. The Platform may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us (e.g. using the POS for your retail business is approved).

As a user of the Platform, you agree not to:

• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Platform to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform.
• Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Platform.

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Ghana. Spalce Technologies Ltd. and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ghana shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Before either of us starts proceedings, we both agree to try to settle the matter directly. Write to us at [email protected] saying what has gone wrong and what you would like done about it, and we will respond within thirty (30) days. Most disagreements end here, which is faster and cheaper for both sides than the alternative.

If that does not settle it, the dispute is resolved by the courts of Ghana, which have exclusive jurisdiction under clause 8, and the language of any proceedings is English. Nothing in this clause stops either of us from asking a court for urgent interim relief at any time.
