You send the invoice by email, WhatsApp or SMS with a secure link. The customer opens it on any phone or computer — no app to install and no login — and pays by mobile money or card on the SaleSprint Pay page. A customer can also pay part of an invoice; the balance goes down and the rest stays open.

Online invoice payments accept MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo mobile money, and bank cards. Payments are processed through Paystack or PaySwitch (theTeller).

No. SaleSprint collects online payments on your behalf and settles them to your business, so you do not have to open a merchant account with a payment gateway before you can start.

Collections are settled to the payout account you register, following the settlement schedule on your account. Settlement payouts are processed by SaleSprint, and each one comes with a statement of the payments it covers and the platform fees applied. Yes. The link opens a hosted pay page at pay.salesprint.org, and the payment itself is processed by the payment gateway. SaleSprint verifies every payment with the gateway before it is recorded against the invoice, so only confirmed payments reduce a customer's balance.

The payment is reconciled automatically: it reduces the invoice and the customer's balance and posts to accounts receivable, tax and revenue. Credit sales are raised as invoices too, so a customer has one balance whether they pay at the counter or from the link.
